Ahh, summer is almost upon us. Warm weather, sunshine, more time outdoors, BBQ’s, short sleeves, shorts, sundresses, bathing suits !?!?! With the change of season too many of us begin to fret about the change of wardrobe that tends to expose more of our “troubled” areas such as our arms, legs and abdomen. That New Year’s resolution we had such good intentions with back in January creeps back into our minds again. We remember all too well the attempts and failures of our weight loss and fitness goals. No matter how frustrated that makes us feel, summer is just around the corner and we know deep down we need to do it.
