Fitness For Summer In 5 Easy Steps

Ahh, summer is almost upon us.  Warm weather, sunshine, more time outdoors, BBQ’s, short sleeves, shorts, sundresses, bathing suits !?!?!  With the change of season too many of us begin to fret about the change of wardrobe that tends to expose more of our “troubled” areas such as our arms, legs and abdomen.


    That New Year’s resolution we had such good intentions with back in January creeps back into our minds again.  We remember all too well the attempts and failures of our weight loss and fitness goals.  No matter how frustrated that makes us feel, summer is just around the corner and we know deep down we need to do it.  We need to take that first step to kick start ourselves down that road and begin the journey.

CHAMP Camp


 CHAMP CAMP - A program created for those looking to Create a Healthier And more Muscular Physique.  Based on the priciples of bodybuilding nutrition and program design Champ Camp is held in a group setting where clients and instructors cover different training and nutruition topics weekly in an open forum. 
  
Weekly topics covered include:
Nutritional guidance and encouragement
Weigh-ins and body composition checks
Assesments and photos
Strenght training guidlines and strategy
Cardio emphsis and guidance
Symmetry posing instruction (optioinal)
